Hi,

I would like all of the ROI files in the Encyclopedia to be deleted when they are older than 1 day.

I have set the properties for ROI files on the Volume to Delete when older than 1 day 0 hours.

However, when I run a report from Maximo, the ROI file is created in the correct place, but when I view the AutoArchive properties of the ROI file, it is set to "Do not automatically delete this file".

When I published my report to the Encyclopedia, I checked the checkboxes for Permissions and Auto archive rules.

I am obviously missing something, but cannot see what.

I have the same problem using Active Portal version 7, but using Active Portal version 8 the archive rules are set ok.
