I am having a little problem this morning that I haven't encountered before. This morning one of my users was asked to auto archive her outlook mailbox when she opened it. She said yes and all her email from inbox was deleted including the messages that she hadn't read yet. Is there any quick and easy way to get these things back besides a restore from backup? Thanks ahead of time for your help

Auto Archive In Outlook

import the .pst file the items were archived to.
then i'd go through the auto archive settings and double check everything there to see that it doesn't happen like that again.
also, in outlook folder view you can right click the folders and select properties > autoarchive (tab). you can have certain folder not archive at all (i.e. inbox, calendars, etc...).
