I'm sure this will already have been answered but as the search is otherwise engaged I have to ask again...
I run a call centre with about 70 agent seats all using DT2030 handsets and I want them all to be set to Auto Answer.
I've done this in what I think is the correct manner i.e change the External ringer behaviour to autoanswer on the handset but I keep finding that every so often it switches off!
What causes this (reboot?)and is there a way of permanently doing it as I'm sure you appreciate I don't want to have to reprogram 7- handsets all the time...
I'm' currently using an IPO 412 with software 2.1.73
