Auto answer not beeping on headset - one-x agent

Hi All,

I cant get the auto answer to beep on the headset before presenting the call via softphone (one-x agent). Working fine on physical handsets.

Agent is set to acd on auto answer
CM auto answer support required box is ticked in one-x agent

I have tried different headsets etc with no luck. Cant see anything OS side that would cause the issue as the other audible alerts work fine.


Also changed auto answer to acd on the station

Anything im missing?
