AUTO ADD VOICEMAIL BOX

I am trying to auto add 200+ vm box to my CP server. I am getting an error that states the names are too short. What is the charater limit / max for the first and last name?

There has to be a first name field and a last name field to build a mailbox with auto add. The first name filed can be 63 alph numeric characters. There are restricted charactes within the field so you should avoid those. The last name field has a maximun of 40 characters.
The error message you are getting sounds like you do not have a name in both fields.
