Auto add 9 (for outside line) to 1 ext

Is there a way I can auto add a 9 to just 1 ext that way they never have to dial a 9 for a outside line? This is for an ATA box that is hooked up to a server that dials out there would never be a need for it to all a ext.

Under your Called Party Transformations.
the dicard digits and prefix (outgoing calls)

set the discard at none and on the prefix add a 9

but you will have to set up Route group/list/pattern just for one phone.
