Auto Accept Agent

I'm having trouble with the Auto Accept Agent on Exchange 2003. Executing MailboxStatus.vbs against the newly created resoures returns a RegistrationStatus of 2, which indicates that the registration status cannot be determined. However, the functionality of the Auto Accept Agent seems to be working properly. The RegisterMailbox.vbs script was executed from an account that is part of Domain Admins, Enterprise Admins, Schema Admins, and has Exchange Full Administrator rights (not the "Administrator" account). I suspect this may some type of permissions issue.

Any ideas? Thanks for the help.
