autmoatic redirect

I want to create one of those pages that you now see all the time where it says

"Redirecting in 5 seconds..."

And the number counts down.. when it hits zero the user is taken to another page. Can I do this with CF, or do I need to use javascript?

You can redirect with <cflocation>, meta tags or javascript. While you could redirect with CF alone, afaik you'll need to use javascript if you want to display a dynamic count down message then redirect.
