Authorware install issues

Hi,

I'm having problem installing Authorware from Adobe. The message that I've been getting is - WINDOWS HAS BLOCKED THIS SOFTWARE BECAUSE IT CAN'T VERIFY THE PUBLISHER.
File name: AWSWAXD.CAB
Publisher: UNKNOWN PUBLISHER
1) I'm using Windows XP Pro SP2 w/ the latest patches.
2) Using Internet Explorer 6.0 128Bit SP2 w/ latest patches.
3) Domain is MS AD, no GPO restriction for Active X.
4) Other location/subnet has no problem installing Authorware.
I've checked the browser settings about MANAGE AD-ONS, TRUST SITES, COOKIES and other recommendations. According to Adobe website it is a known issue with WinXP Pro SP2 and they have KB dated back on Aug. 8, 2006.
Have anyone come across this problem.

You might have to check the registry. The settings you are discussing are user specific:

Thanks BCastner for your input.
I couldn't fix it through your link to MS, maybe I missed something but I did manage to fix the problem.
Not sure if Websense has anything to do with it(In case I didn't mention)but, basically I requested a free 1yr. licensing from Adobe and install Authorware internally. Even after the internal install initially, I still had problem running the Active X or part of the Authorware install. But to make story short, I kept messing with IE browser like you said it's user specific and got it to run. But what a pain. Thanks again.
