Hi ...

The customer needs to enter it's authorization code during working hours once a time and then without authorization codes and then after working hours every time required to enter their authorization code
is this applicable or is there a way to accomplish this?

Thanks

Not clear your question, anyway the ARS Tables could be time profile dependant and, eventually, you can build the dialing short code in it to use authorization codes, if present.
It means, in other words, that you can be asked to use (or not) authorization codes depending on the time profile you create.

@IamaSherpa: I could not convey the idea well, here is the following example:

1. William has Authorization Code: 1980
2. William Dial 07865123456 and enter its authorization code
3. William Wants to dial another number and not enter their authorization code again
4. After working hours back enter the code again.

Thanks

So, during working hours, only need to enter an authorization code for the first call made. Outside working hours, always have to enter an authorization code for each call.

Off the top of my head I can't think of any immediate solution, even using Voicemail Pro somehow to latch a value in a callflow.

I know that and I told the client but every time he tells me it used to work on Aura, a colleague of mine who works on Aura told me that this is impossible.

Thanks
