Authorization Codes and user Rights

Hi,
Somebody that please helps me
I have an IPOFFICE 3.2(53) and I require to enable Authorization Code. I follow the manual, but the tab of alarms it indicates me that there is an error of access code duplicated.
As it is configured the Authorization in fact Code and the User Rights.
Does some job aid exist for the salient restrictions of users in 3.2?

I am trying to create Authorization Codes in IPO. The manual indicates me that I should create a short code with the numbers that I want to restrict and then to create the User Right with its short code. Then the authorization code is believed associating it to the User Right.
When the two short code is programmed the error appears
