authorization code question

Hi All,

I have avaya communicator 2.1.4 and avaya IP office softphone 3.2.3.48.
When I made a test call using the same user rights, I noticed that the communicator detects the authorizations code input and dials, but when I use Ip office softphone, it doesn't detect the authorization code input.
I am using power user for communicator and teleworker license for soft phone

Anybody have any idea on this?
