Hi,
We run a MD110 PabX and we have used FIOL to add an Authority Code to block external calls made unless a security code has been entered.

When this was done the incorrect security class was set and when the phone is locked no calls internally or externally can be made and calls cannot be transferred. I went to change the security class to the correct one however it says it cannot add another class because one exists.

How do you remove the security class that is set?

Thanks in Advance
Jason

If EXCCS parameters match excatly one thats alreadt there
you get this response.
Make EXCCP:CAT=ALL; then study if some category there is alredy defined for your needs.

For locked extensions you have to program a category with EXCCS.

EXCCS:CAT="internal calls",CATTYP=1;

Subsitute "internal calls" with the CAT found in EXCCP
that allows the calling matching your preference.

The parameter is used to select two CATs and use them for authorization code calls. When a telephone is locked and authorization code is not given, the categories stated in minimum CAT are used. [CATTYP=1]

The categories stated in the CAT assigned as default CATTYP are used when a telephone call is done using authorization code and it is impossible to reach the normal categories used.[CATTYP=2]
