I was logged in as Admin using the Windows Netware
Administrator Program.

Whilst viewing the Details for user:Admin, I selected the Network Address Restrictions, changed the Network Protocol to TCP/IP then clicked on Add before entering address 192.168.0.102, then I clicked on OK.

Except for changing the passord I made no other changes either before this or subsequently.

The next time I came to try and log in as Admin I was refused access changes with the error message :

>>NETWARE SECURITY MESSAGE
>>You are trying to log in from and unauthorised station.
>>The supervisor has restricted the stations you may log in from.

HELP!

That is not a very good situation to be in. One quick way to resolve this is to log into the Tree using an account that has admin equivalent rights. You can then easily change the settings to the admin account. If you don't have an account that has admin equivalent rights, then you may want to check support.novell.com for additional help. There may be a third party utility that could help get you back in. I'll update you if I come accross something...
