How can i alter the authorisation class of a user in EMG to be able to use commands in TTY.

Hi,

On the DNA server try… MD Support to change User Name & Password. Choose the menu… Synchronisation, Node Setup. Then you can select which node and set USER NAME and PASSWORD for the NIU.

Not 100% sure if TTY is a privilege but if it is… that would be set with User Configuration. Choose the user name, then select the application EMG, then the privilege TTY then click on the + (add icon).

Haven’t worked on DNA for a while so that’s a best guess...

Thanks, at least i know where to do the changes.

there is no specific DNA authorisation for TTY, the user can use TTY in either extension manager or MDSupport. These are set in user configuration.

Hi Guys,

i have a problem on my cna143 system. Intermittently get "all members absent" when calling a hunt grp with a single member which is monitored by several members(mns)keys on their handset (no divs). the only divert is on the grp to vm.
When the fault is evident the members are all idle & free with no divs
If i end and re-assign the grp all is well, but the fault returns.

Thank...Saf!
