Currently have remote users connecting to Win NT4.0 terminal server running Citrix MetaFrame. The server is in domain A. The primary domain (B) includes a Win2k server running Exchange 5.5. There is a trust between domain A and B. Remote users were previously able to connect to the NT terminal server, launch Outlook and log into their email accounts on Xchange server in domain B using their user id, password and domain name. This has been working fine.
Now remote users a suddenly unable to authenticate to retrieve email. They launch Outlook on the terminal server, enter their user name, domain and password but rec've an error msg. about bad credentials. Some of the users have reported being able to login in after trying 10-15 times.
I've verified the trust, browsed to the Xchange server in domain B from the terminal server in domain A. I've been able to set up a new Outlook account on the terminal server, the exchange server is recognized and the user account is verified. There just seems to be an authentication problem.
Nothing showing in the event log.
Any ideas?
