Hi,
We supply global internet access, and have partner ISP's around the world. However, our authentication servers are in the UK. Some of our users in remote areas such as Australia often get error 691 when trying to connect up to the relevant ISP in each country. Their User Details are definately correct, and we can dial the same number with same details perfectly at certain times of the day. We presume its due to an authentication time out. We have tried lowering modem speed but anyone know any other tricks to possible improve the situation?
