Authentication Failure: Fail to Create Profile

Error message during setup of the Exchange Agent. Authentication Failure: Fail to Create Profile.

I've checked the following: Checked the [c:\ExchVerify.log ] for detail and make sure the User Mailbox Name or Alias is correct and Unique.< case sensitive - Resolution: There could be more than one reason for this message. They are as follows: - Invalid Alias name of the mailbox. - Alias name of mailbox is not unique. - The NT account for the mailbox does not have Service Account Admin privileges at Organization, Site, and Configuration levels of Exchange Server.

I've also checked the mapisvc.inf (9Kb) and all relevant data in the file.

Could someone please help me on this matter, I've checked the Computer Assoicates website to no avail.

Hi,

I experienced the same problems, make sure you install the latest SP for ArcServe on all servers running ArcServe software including the ArcServe server.
