Hi. Where I work, we currently have a Mac OS X server managing all the logins, as we have quite a few macs. We also have 2 rooms full of PCs, but they currently have no central management whatsoever, which makes managing them very difficult. As Mac OS X server can't set group policies, is it possible to get a Windows server to get account information off the Mac OS X server, while managing the group policies itself, and make all the Windows clients connect up to the Windows server?

Also, does Windows server have anything to set all the settings on the computers? (like how the login screen looks, what the proxy settings are, etc.)

Thanks

If your Mac OSX server is handling all accounts, I would assume it is using NIS, Kerberos and/or LDAP. You can add an AD domain and have it integrate with your existing Mac environment (through Kerberos/LDAP).

Is there any site that you know of where I can go to and read up on how to do that?

There are many references available for AD/*nix integration (google will yield many), but here are a couple that might help.
