Authenticate Samba against Windows AD - problems

I have managed to install Samba 3.0.24 on a AIX machine and got the authentication against AD working.
I can access my home directory on UNIX from a windows machine, but I'm not allowed to create files or folders in the directory....

Anyone seen this problem?
