Hi guys! how to make things easy on AuthCodes? the Client wants that some of the users make some NDD/IDD Calls and some users wants to restrict.

how should I do it?

2 different ARS tables, one with and one without auth codes

then

Users you want to restrict you give a User shortcode pointing them to the one with auth code

the system shortcode is for all other users so they won't need the auth code

thanks westi! but I believe i can't use a 2shortcodes for dialing 9?

should I create another one?

if a user nee to be able to Dial both ways they yes,
otherwise it is perfectly valid to have the same short coe in syste short coes & user short codes (the user short code takes priority)

I would make one change to westi's suggestion & have the restricte short coe as the system short coe & then a the urestricted one to the users who are allowe to use it, this results is a "Fail Safe" when adding new users.
