I'm looking for an app that will allow us to assign PIN to users for long distance access. I need something that can allow this function per users, in other words, each users has his/her long distance code.
As Jeter said, set up FAC. You can use BAT to put in a multitude of FAC codes. Then send the Users an email with their own PIN. Be aware that any user if they know ANY of the PIN's can use them. The FAC is applied at the Route Pattern but it does no lookup between the Users calling number and the FAC PIN to verify the right user is using the right PIN.
I checked in the Features and Services Guide for UCMBE 7.01 and it didn't list any limits. So since the FAC can be up to 16 digits long, I'd guess your limitation will be based on the number of digits you choose to use. 3 digits = 1000 FAC codes (000-999), etc. If it were me and it was critical to track each one I'd probable break them up and give them out like 107, 113, 121, 143, etc so it would be hard for someone to guess someone elses code. If you use consecutive numbers, it would be no problem to guess someone elses codes. Good luck on keeping them all straight.
