auth codes 1

I have a customer that says one of their auth codes isn't working. When I go into LD 88 to print the codes I keep seeing AUTH006 indicating there are no codes programmed in the PBX. Customer is saying other codes still work, just not this one. Any suggestions?

Maybe their auth codes are provided by their carrier, not the PBX
