Hi All,
Im trying to initiate auth code on extension 7320

typing command:
auth_code_init -dir 7320 -cat 10 -restrict -code 2731 -cil 7320 -customer 0

trying to initiate a phone call, using code *72*auth_code#, im gettin Wrong Auth Code

What Im doing wrong

please advise

Hi tczmbara,
I guess the FC is wrong, i.e. you defined a individual (regional) authorization code, so you should try *75* (dialling) or *76* (blocking). Give it a try.

im able to block extension using code *76*code#

but im not able to make a call (using *75*code#number)
