Hi mate,

The only real thing that I would advise you to do is optimise your images, they are huge just now.

Also, on the main page, you have images that are resized by height + width attributes, NEVER EVER do this. Seriously, this is a very bad habit to get into. Always reduce the size in a graphics program, this also helps in reducing the filesize of the image rather than showing a small image as you do now that still has the same filesize as the larger image.

Also, when i visited the site, the navigation did not seem so obvious until after I really looked, the dark box you have seems to show as being static text rather than links because the text is the same colour as the background of the main page. Personally, I think it would be better if you boxed the separate options to give a navigation look.
