Aura Reach Me feature 1

I have aura messaging 6.3 with a SIP trunk to my CM.
I have 9611g handsets.
I enabled reach me in the Class of service. Configured reach me under the user preferences.
When I call the voice mail answers and tells me it is trying to find me.
I then quickly comes back and tells me that it can't find me and I can leave a message.
I ran a traceSM and the trace shows the call is being forwarded then I get a 407 Proxy Authentication required error.
Not sure where to go from here

check the dial plan in Aura that was our issue as well

I believe your right.
looking further at the trace I see where it tried sending to 91xxxxxxxxxx@sip.my.company and I get a 404 Not found (no route available).
Which is interesting because when I try to make a call from a SIP phone I can make a call to the number and see it in the traces going out the same way.

There lies your answer, play around with it and you will figure it out but it is in the dial plan rules

I was looking in the CM routes not the SM routes
