Aura Messaging - Forwarding between systems

I have three CMs each with an AAM which I need to network together so people can forward messages. Each AAM has 4 digit mailboxes (and yes 4 digit mailboxes overlap between the systems). I need to be able to forward voice mails between the systems. How can I accomplish this?
