Aura Messaging Administrative Roles

We currently have a Modular Messaging system but are looking to implement an Aura Messaging system for field sales. Currently in our MM we have a role defined where administrative assistants have access only to the enhanced lists to add and remove users as needed.

Does AAM support the creation of custom roles like this as well?
