We're planning to upgrade from Communication Manager 3.15 to Avaya Aura 6.x, mainly to get some savings on maintenance. The one quote we've received so far shows that savings on maintenance will eventually pay for the upgrade. My question is what new features come with Avaya Aura 6.x. Everyone wants to know if it will have a graphical user interface to replace the text and character-based interfaces in CM3. Any other show-stopping new features? Thanks. -G.
