Hi Guys,

Is it possible to connect directly from the AUI port on my 2500 router to the AUI port on my switch?

Can't you connect those external AUI to 10Base-T media converters? I have a 2511 term server that has an AUI interface and I put an external AUI > Eth converter on it then it connects to an eth port on my swtich.

Hi Rainman,

Yes I can but the trancievers I have dont have locking pins so have a habit of falling out!

I was just wondering if I could connect from one AUI port to another.
