I have programmed extension 1390 Voicemail.
Voicemail itself is working.
He is not the Primary Key on the 9641 set.
The Primary is 2001.
What setting do I activate so a voice mail for extension 1390 will activate the MWI on 2001?

This is the wrong place to ask such questions, it doesn't even connect to an IP Office

If you do a Change station 2001 and on the 1st page, change Message Lamp Ext to 1390, or you could put an Aut-Msg button on 2001 for extension 1390

and there is another forum that would be better suited for the Audix questions

You don't actually push that button to retrieve the message, that just tells you ext 1390 has a message. you have to access the voicemail and retrieve the message.

What's to be patient about? When there is somewhere better for the question, then direct the poster there. Answering questions in the wrong forum encourages further questions (case in point). Directing them to the correct place is not rude just good practice and it maximises the chance of a better/correct answer and stops forums filling up with irrelevant posts.... win win
