I have a customer that has an Audix Voicepower IS III. The system show disabled. How do we enable the system?
It is connected to a Legend system.

the voicemail system is coming up disabled. We are trying to get it to the enabled state. Would a shut down fix this problem?

I have a lot of years with AUDIX, AUDIX Small, AVP, Intuity, the whole MAP series and such. So imagine how much it pains me to say that I have no idea what you mean by "the voicemail system is coming up disabled".

Does that mean calls to the VMS group are going unanswered? Are you seeing something on your Master Controller screen that leads you to that conclusion? Did you use the "is" login? Did you initiate a shutdown, but then not follow through with a startup?
