Hi i just got an At&t Audix voice power system. Will this work with Merlin legend? What is needed. And can anyone ell me how to reset it. Thanks all.

Sorry, no support for Voice power at all. I threw away my manuals on it. It suffers from the Y2K bug and you can set the date for some earlier time that matches the calendar but it really is old and as for your question on legend, it should work with the right type of integration, the AVP connects to the admin port on the legend proc. any programming done on the AVP will translate the legend.

Thanks i dont care aout the date that does not mater. But if anyone could help me with info on conecting to legend i would apprecite that very much,

Jake

It needs the port card jacks on the back to be connected to single line ports on the Legend. 012TR, 016TR, oo8OPT, or the last 6 ports on a 016ETR card. If I recall correctly, each port on the Audix take in 2 or maybe 3 stations. Assign these to a calling group (usually 770) set up as Linear and covering for cover group 30. Put your users ext. no. into cover group 30 and start programming the Audix. That's where I fall down. Haven't done a lot of programming on Audix, only trouble calls, no setup. It is getting long in the tooth.

That seems like alot of work. I think well dump that plan does any one know what a voice mail card goes for? Thanks.
