Audix Voice Ports

We have a customer with a Definity and Audix six port voicemail. Two of the six voice ports have quit working (call is answered but not audio) and have been disabled.

The Audix has Circuit packs TN 2169 and TN 567. Do I replace both of the circuit packs or only one to get back to six working ports?

so this is a definity audix and not an intuity audix?

I'm not sure this is the only on I've worked on. The Definity is a two cabinet system with the voicemail in the A cabinet.

sounds like a definity audix, I would call in a qualified person to look at this

Have you tried rebooting the Audix..?
