Audix Voice Mail

Our Audix voice mail system on an old Merlin Legend system will not answer calls. The audix system answers, you can enter phone extension and password, but it then stops at that point.

We do not have anyone that is technical on staff to help--I have been give the responsibility of the phones, but know little to nothing about phone systems.

Can anyone help?

Sounds like your "old" Audix may have given out. I'd consider replacing it with a Merlin Messaging unit.

Try a full and proper shutdown of the voicemail and then start it back up see if that helps.
