We installed a Definity G3 in 1997, the only upgrade was for software due to Y2K compliance.
I'm working on a proposal to upgrade to R10 as well as upgrade the voice mail. There is nothing wrong with the current audix system so I'm wondering if it's worth the money to upgrade and get unified messenger? What are the benefits/drawbacks of unified messenger?
Am I going to spend the next 6 months trying to figure this thing out?
Any suggestions/documentation to prove that this is worth it would be appreciated.
