Audix system can attach to Siemens?

I have a Siemens R6.4 system that has an Octel attached. Since Octel are end-of-life we are looking at replacing. So can an appropriately sized Audix attach to a Siemens?

if octel works, audix probably would as well but not really sure. do you already have an audix or would you have to buy one?

Yes, U can attach a Intuity using mode codes, or possibly using a integration device that will take info from a digital line and convert it to info that the INtuity can use. Intuitys have a Aria interface too, that will make the Intuity act like a Octel. Avaya is going to a voice mail system called Modular messaging. I don't know if u could use that on the Siemens system. I would talk to a Avaya sales rep and then come back and post what they said in the DEfinity forum. Then u could get our feedback if we think that the sales rep is 'leading u down a path'.
