Hey all,
Running S8500 CM2.2 at the main site on the east coast w/ single new S8300/g350 LSP on the west coast both sharing Audix 5.1 at the main site. The problem is the west coast subscribers have eastern time zone stamps on all messages. I have seen multiple posts regarding this issue in tek-tips but noone seems to have posted a successful fix...or at least one that I have been able to locate.
In audix, under 'cha switch-time-zone' I can see a place to set a time zone by switch number and then assign that switch number by subscriber- this makes sense to me, but can I do it with my single switch setup? when I try to update this field in audix, it tells me it's a display only field and to reference the 'Platform Administration and Maintenance manual' - which I cannot find. Someone posted an online reference manual on avaya's site for this, but it did not provide the answer.
Can someone explain how to program the necessary steps in CM2.2 that are required (if any) and also steps in Audix 5.1?
Thank you in advance for your time and help.
