Audix ringing Problem.

Has anyone heard of this. I have a station in a vector routing step:
route-to number XXX with Cove Y in unconditional. When the call
covers to VM the entire message has a ring back going on. It's like the
number doesn't disconnect after ringing the VM. Also when the user dials their DID.
