Audix remote admin

Good morning all,

Yet another newbie question from I! How can I remotely manage an Audix box? I am administering Lgened Mail, Partnermail VS, (all of the other Partner stuff) remotely via telephone. What is the proper key sequences to actually get in? Mailbox#, Password#, etc...

I have techs in the field AND the sites are SUPPOSED to be handling this locally but I still get calls from the help desk for this type of stuff.

You can either have a direct line into the audix or a analog port to the audix modem. Once your in the audix, you can manage the audix and SPM through the audix.

Any kind of GUI's used for Audix admin? or strictly via handset?

No GUI?? Well, you can Telnet to Audix's, but it's still a command interface. Only the new Intuity/Audix has a gui interface. I saw a glimpse of it. It may only be the main couple pages though.
