Audix-Record

Hello
I am trying to setuo audix-rec for a few users.

If the user is a station, the feature works fine. If the user is an agent, it fails, and the ueer hears the audiz menu, "one is an invalid option, if you have a mailbox on the system....."

running cm 3.1.2 on a s8500, MM 3.1

Can the feature be used with agents? Or is it restricted to stations only?

You need an audix mailbox.
If you add an agent as an audix subscriber, it should work.

look slike it wants to record to the mailbox of the station, and not the agent...

since what I was tring to do is setup a way for our ACH dept to record client consent to ACH changes, I assigned all the ach dept stations to the same mailbox and it works.
