Our Contact Center wants to start utilizing Audix Record so they can capture Wire Transfers Requests (Financial institution). At first I thought this was no big deal as they don't use their voicemails at all, calls not answered directly or to the hunt just cover back into the hunt. So I figured I would be able to use the Audix Auto-Attendant Routing Table and link all the voicemails to one box, download the messages into Outlook and then someone can review them. But I just noticed the Auto Attendant Routing table has a restriction of 2 pages and I'm already utilizing 1 page. Is there any other way I can force these recordings into a different voicemail box? Or am I stuck setting up 40+ POP services into our Fax/Vmail server?
