So I've Googled and looked for an answer but have not found it. We have users using the Audix Record feature where you hit a key on your phone to record the call to your vm box. Getting a complaint about what looks like a silence timer kicking in? I've tested and duplicated if I stop talking I'll get the prompt:

If you are satisfied with the recording press 1
To review it press 2
To re-record it press 3
To continue where you left off press 4

Does anyone know of a way to turn this off or a timer that controls it? It is annoying if the call has a bit of silence and the recording prompt starts playing.

Thanks in advance in any wisdom on this.

In the AAM Application server under Server Settings (Application) System Parameters there is a section called Recording Times.
