Another one guys, must be the festive season doing this!

I have set up Audix-Rec, with the ability to save calls as a .wav file. The only problem is that I want to audix-rec Service Observe on specific stations chosen etc. This way it will record the message to the person who is listening in, and there will be no beep to the agent so they will not know. Only problem is that it seems like I can not do this.

I have tried setting up a vector, with no luck. Is there a way round this at all?

Unless there is a way I can remotely record a call to my voicemail inbox.

Obviously the easiest option would be to actually use a call recording system, but the higher-ups are not interested in the investment at the moment.

Thanks in advance

Another possible way I can think of doing this is to dial a number, full number such as 01234 567890 where this connects to the VDN and thus vector to route to the recording FAC. Only problem I am having is that when I do this internally it is forcing it to view as if made internally. Is there a way to turn this off per extension, so if I call this VDN, internally, it will then show the full dialled appearance and not default to the FAC?
