Audix R4 outcalling 1

My problem started after I changed the extentions for the Audix coming out of the Legend (there was wiring problems with the old ones). Now I can't seem to get outcalling to work properly. Either they get it a long time later (5-8 hours) or they don't receive it at all.

Any help would be great

If you changed the ports on the Legend, then you must go into the system programming/extensions/restrictions and unrestrict all the voice mail ports. Then go to system programming/extensions/frl and change the voice port extension numbers all back to FRL 3 or better.

When you put extension ports into a Integrated voice mail hunt group on the Legend, the system will restrict them and set the FRL to 0 so that they cannot call out.

You must manully go into those parameters and set them back to allow outcalling to work. It is a security thing.

Thanks for the reminder. I found an extention that had an FRL of 0. I was wondering if you know what extentions the Audix uses for outcalling. I thought it was just the last extention, but the extention that was restricted was port 5.
