Audix R4 compatibility

I don't believe either are supported by Avaya, are probably compatible with each other. When U say Audix R4 are U talking about a Intuity, Definity Audix, or what?

The V4 will support the R4 intuity via mode-code or dciu integration, just not C-LAN/OVERLAN.

You will only be able to use DCIU integration. The Mode Code integration wasn't supported until Definity switch R6 or higher.

Thanks for the tips. He wants to run Intuity Audix rel.4. I'll probably suggest an upgrade on the Definity system. Thanks again!
