Audix "dead air" messages

Are there any settings in audix to prevent messages/vm to be created when the message is nothing but "dead air" and the message is 10 seconds or less?

I am actually having the same problem, It seems to me that it's not the VM but the trunk group is not disconnecting it happens with the POTS lines only.
