I'm sure this is easy to somebody who has done this before, but I am rather stumped, and a rookie to phone systems

My company has a Definity and an Audix system and the building is a call center. We plan on changing to a 24/7 operation to offer tech support.

The one thing I dont know how to do is change the times on the Audix/Definity so that when people call after hours they arent routed to the department's mailbox.

I tried changing the auto attend business schedule in the audix but it seems to do nothing, it still dumps to the general mailbox.

I looked into it more and the extension exists in the audix but not in the definity, and the extension type is a "default" and I can't find any options to see the times, nor what business schedule number it talks to, if any.

I'm kind of stumped, any help would be amazing. Thanks!

You should probably repost this question in the Definity Forum (forum690).

What version of Definity are you using? Do you have vectors? What does the coverage path(s) look like? Without knowing your complete setup, I would use time-of-day coverage paths for this.

You mentioned vectors, so I did "li vector" and it listed tech support as one, I went into it and saw what I had to change. You made my day.

Thanks!!!
