Audix - press 0 to be connected to an operator

I have some users who want to have the "leave a message after the tone or press 0 to speak to an operator" Instead of routing this call to the attendant they want it going to a hunt group or skill. Is this possible and if so how would i go about getting it done

each subscriber can "0" out to whomever you want, its on the subscriber form, lower right... A setting here overrides the system wide zero out option.
