Hello-

I doubt this, but with an Intuity at 5.1, can I move the messages stored in a mailbox to another medium? (Like a folder on a network drive.)

can you setup an outlook client? if you can, then you can have the outlook client pull the recordings from the mailbox, and then you could save them to a network location...

Message Manager allows you to copy your messages to a folder on your PC. You could then copy that to a network drive, dvdr, or whatever. Opening the messages with Avaya Voice Player, also lets you resave the messages as .wav files.
